Our demands as a vendor were not exactly easy and straight forward. We wanted a very long settlement ( min 9 months ), did not want to auction or advertise and wanted a good price. Vivian took this challenge on board with a confidence which we were a little sceptical of . WOW !! Within 24 hours we had 7 families inspect our home and one very strong verbal offer. We were shocked at how quickly we had gone from maybe considering selling to a strong offer in one day! Over the next three days we had more inspections and ultimately an offer that was too good to refuse both in sale price but especially an eleven month settlement! Vivian is the most hard working agent I’ve ever come across . We could call or text her anytime of the day to ask any questions or request for updates on our property and she would always be happy and available to help us.
