Honestly speaking, I have never seen an agent who works as hard as Vivian. Whenever I call her, she is at work or on the way to work. It has pleasant choosing her as my selling agent. She is responsible, thoughtful, tactical and hardworking. She has put the hard yards selling our property and reaching the price we require. Vivian LI was very thorough and enthusiastic in all aspects from the initial appraisal through to the auction. Her advice during the showing period was correct to increase buyer interest. Viv's communications was excellent informing us after each OFI on who attended and their interest level, and her weekly reports by email gave a good written summary of the phone conversations. She made herself available for additional inspections requested by interested buyers. The auctioneer Zac did a very good job on the day. I am all about relationships and a feeling that you get with people. Vivian was recommended to be by Sue Curry, so for me, that left me with a fair amount of the unknown, having to start again with someone new. But Vivian is the most hard working agent I have seen, her knowledge of the industry, area and market, is first rate. Vivian knows her opposition in the industry as well. Vivian asked me to believe in her, which I did, I asked lots of questions, Vivian explained and took me through so much.
