Vivian was an excellent agent.
Vivian was able to explain the current changing market to us and demonstrated this to us with local examples. By adjusting our expectations to market expectations, we achieved excellent results in our open home sessions and on the day of the auction. Getting the best market value was always important to us and with Vivian's advice, I believe that we were able to achieve that.
