Jason gave me an honest appraisal of what the property would likely be valued at. With the help of Grace Hill, they run a great campaign which netted several potential buyers. They kept me informed throughout the campaign with detailed reports of website hits, numbers of clients attending the open days and feed back from those clients. A sale was reached at the auction which fell in the price range, I think the maximum price was achieved on the day. Thanks Jason and Grace!
