Jason Thwaites was our second agent after the first agent failed to sell our property for the price we wanted. It got worse and we lost $90,000 from the purchasing price in 3 years. We only had one offer and were under pressure to sell. The property was undervalued for a quick sale. Jason said it's the market and our house was a difficult one to sell. He was away for 2 weeks for holidays during the campaign which was left for his junior staff. The agent fee is 1.8%. Not a good result for us. Can’t recommend him for that.

Jason gave me an honest appraisal of what the property would likely be valued at. With the help of Grace Hill, they run a great campaign which netted several potential buyers. They kept me informed throughout the campaign with detailed reports of website hits, numbers of clients attending the open days and feed back from those clients.
