SUPER HAPPY VENDOR!
Fergus was recommended to me by 2 friends who live locally to Warrnambool. Both have had positive experiences when attending general open for inspections and were also impressed with his follow-up calls and communication to provide updates on a recent sales in the areas comparative to their own homes, or homes they were looking to buy. I met with Fergus and was instantly impressed with his confidence, knowledge, training and honesty. I actually signed up with Fergus within 24 hours, without meeting with another agent. I have a background in Real Estate, so I guess I can tell when someone is genuine, honest and driven. Fergus is all of these. Fergus also informed me of the conferences and training he has attended in Melbourne and a little about the the culture within Ray White, which was also a big selling point for me. Communication was excellent - both verbal and written. Fergus provided me with an expectation in regards to service and communication at the commencement of the sales campaign and he stuck to it! I live in Melbourne, so it was important to have someone I trusted. Fergus provided assistance with maintenance items as they arose and even found me short-term tenant during the vacancy period! Which was a huge financial bonus for me and really not something many sales agents would take the time to arrange.... or even think of getting involved in. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Fergus to anyone looking to sell their home in Warrnambool and surrounds. We were pleased with Fergus Torpy's efforts to sell our house.
He had no comparable properties to go on so had to let the market place find it's own level. He was active in trying new strategies' ,i.e. open day on AFL holiday Friday ( which provided useful information. he always kept us informed of developments with a detailed report weekly. Excellent Outcome
We run our own business and live 2 hours from the property we wanted to sell so getting it ready for sale and having meetings was always going to be difficult but Fergus has been amazing. This has been the most positive experience I have ever had with a real estate agent. He offered realistic advice. He showed lots of people through our property. He kept us in the loop at all times and all in all made this whole experience much less trouble than we thought it was going to be. I am very grateful for all his help and can recommend him to anyone wanting realistic, professional help in buying or selling a property.
