Grave concerns around the ethics, moral standing and professionalism of Fergus, Jess and the Management of Ray White Warrnambool. Unfortunately Ray Whites lack of professional integrity lead to myself and my partner having to pay an extra 10k to secure the property after we had signed the contract. The lack of professionalism was identified from initial meeting and continued throughout the entirety of the process. This company would benefit from professional development training in real estate ethics.
