Right from the start Fergus Torpy and his assistant Alex Seare were a delight to deal with. Within days they had people coming through our home to inspect it. They obviously worked hard to do this as the numbers coming through were above average. Their regular communication throughout the week always kept us posted as to how things were going. Alex particularly made us feel very at home (excuse the pun!) on his visits. He was always on time and constantly had suggestions on how to sell our home. We were ecstatic at the outcome of selling it in just under 3 weeks and at the price we were after. What can I say, Jason was professional from start to finish. Having contacted him over a month before the auction, Jason always provided answers for us to even the most stupid of questions. Being our first auction we've ever bid at, we didn't know the first thing about anything when it came to auctions. Jason talked us through a substantial amount of what what we had to do and how. I'd say he went above and beyond what he really had to and would not hesitate recommending him to anyone. I'd love to give him 10 stars but it won't let me.
