From the first time we met Fergus at one of his open houses, before we had decided to put our property on the market, we were very impressed with his welcoming manner and real estate sales knowledge. This initial meeting gave us confidence to engage Fergus to sell our property. We appreciated his regular updates as the sale process unfolded and his ability to finalize the sale at a good price. Thank you Fergus for selling my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Fergus if you want to sell your property. From the very first day Fergus was honest and upfront as to the value of the property and what would be a fair price to expect. His constant communication was incredible and he kept me up to date every step of the way until the property sold. I found Fergus to be very approachable and answered my questions honestly and always returned phone calls ASAP. I don't think my property was the easiest to sell but Fergus was constantly optimistic and worked so hard to obtain a result that all parties were happy with.
