Fergus did a great job selling my house. He attended to any requests i had straight away and had open house every week. Even after the sale of my house fell through the first time due to finances falling through he continued to push and put just as much energy into selling it. His communication skill were very good with several phone calls a week and a weekly update of exactly who has come through and what feedback they have said which i found very helpful. Chris stepped me through the process every step of the way, and kept me informed all the way. it was a tricky sale for me due to the emotions attached with selling the house, but Chris took all that on board and I couldn't have been more pleased.
