During the entire process Kate managed to keep all stakeholders up to date with every step until settlement was finalised. Amazing experience with sale of investment property

I've been a customer of Ray White Waterford for more than 10 years and have always found the team to be professional, proactive, and reliable in managing my investment property. Lisa went above and beyond expectations

As a property investor selling a property, we initially made enquiries to Lisa to sell a property that Ray White was already managing the property as a rental. We ended up choosing her without even looking around for other agents because the rates was competitive, she has a very positive review score on realestate.com, and she showed extensive market knowledge without being pushy. We had a price in mind that we wanted to get but Lisa managed to get a great ad campaign going and 30 buyers were in the door within the first weekend, all making offers. In the end Lisa acheived WAY more than we had imagined and secured the contract smoothly, after showing us pros and cons of each offer. At each step, Lisa was contacting us, the buyer, the tenants, the body corp, and the lawyers - often working after hours to ensure everything went smoothly. We've never had this much care and attention previously. And the amazing hamper at the end was a really nice unexpected touch. Not sure if everyone gets one of those :-) Extremely happy with everything Lisa did as well as the team at Ray White Waterford. We will definitely be requesting Lisa's property services in future.

Good communication.

I recently needed to sell an investment property that had been managed by Ray White Waterford for over 20 years. Lisa was the sales agent, and she marketed the property very well. After the first open home, I received several strong offers. Through Lisa’s negotiations with the prospective buyers, I ultimately received an offer that exceeded my expectations. During the settlement period, Lisa was also very proactive in addressing any issues that needed to be resolved. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Ray White Waterford sales and property management team and would happily recommend them.

Nothing was too much trouble.

Our initial meeting with Kate of Ray White Waterford was two months prior to the sale of our house. We chose Kate as out agent because of the Ray White Hub. Better for Kate to explain, rather than I. Kate explained the sales campaign to us in detail, which we decided to run with. Wow, what an experience. From photo's to internet campaign, signage, Open House and sale, everything went according to plan. We signed the contract and sold the house in seven days. We're in the process of buying and completing the purchase of our new home. Although, this is not a Ray White purchase, we still go to Kate for guidance and help with an difficulties that arise. What a wealth of knowledge this lady has. Last but not least, we considered selling the house ourselves. I'm so glad we went with Kate. The sales price achieved was so much more.
