They also come early for the viewing and set up the rooms and switch on the lights. The photographer was able to take the good photos of the property and the best selection were made for the advertising. We were able to advertise the local paper, which gave more exposure to local communities to find the right buyers. We also are to have weekly meeting to be able to keep of who our buyers where. We also made a decision to choose a large size board to display. outside the property and created great interest in the neighbourhood. This was successful because choosing the correct photo to show of the property to is best advantage. Having making a decision to go for auction Michelle was able to negotiate with the buyers and was able to come up with the right price that we were happy with. Michelle have an excellent team behind her to get good results where Richard was able to keep a good records of all the buyers and send a comprehensive report each week to us. He was excellent in setting up the rooms and took security serious in locking the property.
