Richard was always on time in keeping his appointment and was always early to set the house and get everything ready and making sure rooms and lights where on . He also keep good records of the prospective buyers and their financial situation. He also had the backup of good team who were able to photograph the property to its best potential with selection of the right photograph for property. And also arrange for a video to be done of the property - which was fun. Richard has able to give other private viewing for the buyers especially when buyers where having the advice and expertise from heritage architects We were also able to have weekly meeting to discuss what was working in the way of advertising and getting more local exposure by advertising in the Wyndham local paper. Even though we had decided to sell by Auction the auction boards layout of and selection of photos showed the house to best advantage. The exposure and size of the boards had a big impact to the neighbourhood,. In the end we sold prior Auction with a good result
