Initially given a high figure for our property due mainly to location location, but due to the subdued interest had to settle for a lot less $ as we were building on the Sunshine Coast. Richard and Sales staff (we were subjected to three agents during the sales period) who new the local market and were given access when requested. Richard gave feedback each time a prospective buyer went through. Non the less I would still recomend Ray White.

I have found Richard to be reliable, conscientious, trustworthy, and nothing was too big or bothersome for him, and always answered my queries promptly which is what you want. He is a great communicator and did a fantastic job on my sale, achieving results well beyond my expectations. Richard has been so genuine and thoughtful throughout the whole sales process. My husband and I are first home buyers, who didn't really know where to begin and Richard took the time to explain the process, ensured that we did our own due diligence, such as finding a trustworthy conveyancer and completing a building inspection. He took time out of his day to make the whole experience so exciting and was honest with us the whole time. Such a rare find in a real estate agent!

9 conquest driver werribee : First thing comes into my mind about Kane, So much of patience and high in professionalism and highly reliable person. He has been so transparent and has provided all the requested details so far. He got us the deal with in no time where we felt it could take much longer. Definitely a better and a pleasant experience to work with Kane . He has explained us all the details during our private multiple inspections and answered all of our queries with so much of patience . One thing i can say is he definitely respects his job what he does as real estate agent and hence we as customers had a very pleasant experience .
