Excellent experience with Darren during selling process and specially his negotiating skills after property was passed during an auction . End result was a price what I wanted in first place . His honest and open approach during whole process made whole experience very pleasurable. There was no pressure at any point and goals we sett were realistic. Darren always answered his phone when I called and that is very important to me as I like human /personal connection rather than lots of emails and messages over the answering machine . Darren and the team at Harcourts were amazing to deal with during the sale of my property. They were professional and their large team of experts made the process seamless and the volume of potential buyers large. The team worked over the Christmas break and my house was sold within 2 weeks and most of that was while other agents were closed down for Christmas. Darren has an incredible local knowledge and expertise which is second to none. He assisted with the sale of my Deer Park home, and from the moment we met I felt confident with his ability to get the best and most realistic price.
