Darren sold a unit for us in a very testing market conditions. He advised us the best course of action and even organised the unit to be staged for sale. The staging company he recommended did a great job and were also polite to deal with. We originally sold the house subject to finance and unfortunately for ourselves the possible purchasers they were not approved. Darren went straight back to market and found another purchaser within 1 day. Unfortunately their finance didn't go through either. Darren found us another buyer and the finance was approved. Darren kept us up to date with all of the information and was upbeat through the whole experience while continually working hard. As a real estate agent, he is open and transparent with his dealings. I would definitely use him again.

Excellent experience with Darren during selling process and specially his negotiating skills after property was passed during an auction . End result was a price what I wanted in first place . His honest and open approach during whole process made whole experience very pleasurable. There was no pressure at any point and goals we sett were realistic.
