These guys put everything into selling the house - the whole team. Even through ‘minor’ issues like medical operations for tonsillitis Darren Lambert was still texting and communicating from hospital. The house took longer to sell than originally thought but this was a reflection of the market at the time and the agent was transparent with his thoughts and concerns throughout. We put a lot of pressure on the team regarding the sale of the house and they took it like champions. The communication was constant even though we made it difficult for them at times with our work arrangements. Continues open houses, minor amendments to images online and considerations of the house itself were all undertaken. The house was sold for the price we sought in approximately 6 weeks.

A good communicator who kept you informed of when there would be an open house, how many attended, what interest there was from those who inspected the property. When an offer was made he successfully negotiated the buyer very close to the sale figure I had in mind. He was found via a friend who is an agent and who searched and found his name on Rate my Agent and I would recommend him to any future seller.
