COVID dramatically changed my financial outlook - I had to access the value locked in my long-held investment property to fund my retirement much earlier than I had planned. With great uncertainty due to the pandemic, for peace of mind I wanted this to be done to a tight timeframe. Marcus and his team provided quickly a very comprehensive valuation - as well as a lot of generous time - not just to walk through with myself but also my children, through all the steps of selling and all of our questions.
