He was always available for any questions or concerns ,kept us updated throughout and answered everyone of our calls and questions and if he wasn't available he would always return our call. I first met Marcus in early 2019; I was just seeking an appraisal for my home at that time. Marcus followed up regularly (but not too much) in relation to the sale of that home. On his recommendation, it went to auction with marketing and several open houses before that. The sale price certainly exceeded my expectations.
