We were very anxiuos about selling via auction but Marcus put us at ease and fought for us. We got more than expected which meant we could put an offer in our next home. When we contracted Marcus to sell our beloved home at Auction, we were extremely confident that during the 4 week campaign, Marcus had the knowledge and experience to do so. We were sure that with his team and the support from all at Ray White Wetherill Park, that a positive result would be achieved with the best outcome. Marcus was available 24/7 to answer our many questions and to reassure us on any concerns that we had, during a time when the market was showing a downward turn. The phone calls that we received from Marcus to “just touch base” showed his caring and compassionate nature. His experience and research into the market overall, showed his commitment to presenting us with all the information that we needed to help us understand the result that we were aiming for. A report was presented to us each week showing past and present sales in the area, results of the open homes that were held and buyer’s feedback. Marcus would take the time to sit and talk us through this report and answer any questions. We initially came into contact with Marcus Biasetto some 3 years ago when we engaged Ray White to act as our Rental Agents for our Property. He attended our Property at that time with the Property Manager to provide additional sales advice in the event we ever considered a future sale of our Property. For the past 3 years we have been living in Adelaide, Marcus called us regularly to give us sales market updates, which we greatly appreciated. When the decision was made to sell the Property we had no hesitation in calling Marcus to discuss and engage him as our Selling Agent. He provided excellent service to us throughout the 4 week campaign period before going to Auction in early July 2022. During that 4 week campaign period Marcus was continuously providing excellent strategies to woo potential buyers to our Property, including the appointment of a very experienced auctioneer.
