Marcus and his team exceeded my expectations and proved to be the best on the market. His professionalism and good demeanour just makes you so comfortable dealing with him. I buy and sell houses houses a lot which means I deal with a lot of agents and I can comfortably say that Marcus is by far one of the best agent I dealt with over the years. You can tell that It’s not just about money for Marcus, he cares about his clients and his actions reflect that. Because we auctioned our property I needed to set a reserve, my reserve was unreasonable because of the current market however due to his strategy & negotiation skills he managed to get us more than anyone would’ve expected. We are very happy with the result and I highly doubt any other agent could’ve got us such an excellent result. At open homes, he had many agents at my house which made us feel comfortable that they are watching people coming through. I highly recommend Marcus to anyone looking to sell their properties that is if you are after the best. He is worth every cent! Thanks again Marcus for such an amazing auction result!
