If you want cheap price with cheap service, Mathew is not for you!!
This is my first time selling a house and after talking to a couple of agents, I know I can’t have a better choice than Mathew. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Mathew explained to us very clearly about how the selling process works and which activities we need to do to succeed. Mathew is very open and approachable, whenever I need his advice or opinion, he is always there to give us his honest and unbiased point of view and all of them are always spot on. He never promises me any price, he makes it very clearly that the market will decide the price and his hard work is to create a market as enormous as possible to ensure we don’t miss any potential buyer. And that strategy has just proven itself, during the campaign, we work as a team, we support each other and together we overly achieve what we aim for. Mission accomplished. If anyone ever ask me which agent to take care of their home, Matthew and the team at Ray White Wetherill Park/Cecil Hills will always be my first and only recommendation. If you want cheap price with cheap service, Matthew is not for you but you got what you paid for. You spend a decent amount and you get best premium service from him. Go with the best and you won’t regret it.

Professional, dedicated, excellent market knowledge
Our recent experience with Marcus was wonderful! From the first meeting we could tell we had made the right choice. He layed it all out on the table and didn’t sugar coat anything and didn’t have to talk anything up.
