Marcus was very thorough and informative in his approach and knowledge of the local market. It was evident from our initial discussions that Marcus was very experienced carrying out an auction type sale and the result for us was much better than we had expected. Marcus always kept us grounded with a cautious approach to the auction day but he was able to create plenty of competition through Ray White's marketing strategies and network of contacts in the local area. This resulted in plenty of registered bidders on the auction day which ended up in a great sale result for our first auction experience.
