We purchased a house that Steve sold. 10 minutes late to first home open. Generally communicative except when it came to taking posession of the property. Not all the keys were handed to us and we were locked out! On a tight same day settlement and had to leave furniture on the front lawn. When we contacted Steve to help, he said the keys were inside the house and the owners were not talking to him so get a locksmith! And that was the end of his contact. Fortunately, we had a very attentive agent who helped us resolve the issue.
