Overwhelmingly easy, incredibly quick and phenomenal price
This experience was mind blowing for us with how quick and easy it all was. The photographer took amazing photos and was an absolute perfectionist with the staging. Steve suggested a price which we thought was unrealistically high, but we let him go for it and we're still in shock with how much he got for us. Steve sold our house in 1 home open. We were presented with 8 (realistic) offers, with most over the asking price. When it came down to the final 2, we told him to ask for $1000 more to seal the deal, he got us $5000 more!! He kept us informed every step of the way right up to day/minute of settlement. I would highly recommend Steve for an easy, fast, no nonsense approach to selling your home.
