Greg was overall a pleasure to deal with. Very Friendly and prompt in getting back to us. When our plans changed slightly re:settlement, he was happy to reschedule. Only issue we had was the fact that he seemed to try to pester our building into not doing a comprehensive inspection. We were well aware that the property was sold as is but we still wanted to make our own inquiries, a list of things we'd need to tend to over time and were happy to pay for this and this is what we'd contracted the inspector to do. The only other thing I'd say is I've been getting heaps of follow up spam from Ray White trying to sell me all sorts of things.

I sold my house through Sean and Tammy. They went above and beyond to not only sell the house but also to reassure me that they would be able to get a good sale price as the house was dilapidated. They organised the securing of the house on my behalf (by organising a locksmith) and would constantly check on the property (checking doors and windows and that cameras were functioning) as it was untenanted. They were exceptionally communicative with myself, potential buyers, Key Start and the settlement agents. After one potential buyer messed us around, they made sure that this would not occur again, which worked exceptionally well in my favour. Sean and Tammy are also genuine and nice people and they don’t do the salesman talk. The commission was fixed and yet they pushed and pushed to get the most money they could for me. Any extra money they got from the sale was purely to benefit me, rather than themselves. Aside from all the things that I have already complimented them on, the best part as I mentioned was that I didn’t get the smooth salesman talk, I got genuinely nice people. I would highly recommend Sean and Tammy to anyone selling any property because if they could sell my house (basically a squat) then they can sell yours with ease.
