Anita was suggested to us through some friends who had used her services, and raved about their experience with her. So when we first talked with her, it was amazing to speak with someone who was genuine, had a wealth of knowledge and was caring and understood the issues that we faced, particularly as we live interstate. This is a pretty rare characteristic in many real estate agents, and we have used other agents in the past and not been happy. To be honest, we had been quite dissatisfied at the lack of outcome and lack of care about our property from agents we had engaged previously. So Anita was a welcome breath of fresh air. We had some issues with a purchaser, and Anita handled everything so well. She is generous with her time and nothing was too difficult. She really did bend over backwards to help. This is doubly important when you are selling a property in another state, and can't just pop over to the property and check on things or attend to its presentation for sale. Covid off course also presented difficulties with hard borders and lock-downs, but Anita was like your wonderful next door neighbour who could sort things out, get to the property and take care of it, like it was her own. So thank you Anita, you've been a god-send through this sale, and I can only glowingly recommend her to anyone selling a property in the Whitsundays.
