I felt very lucky that it was Anita who was the real estate agent for 1/14 Altmann Avenue, Cannonvale. Throughout the process, her prompt friendly replies to my many questions and queries, either by email, text or a phone call and her extensive knowledge and outstanding professionalism was most appreciated. Following up on all my continual questions was 'never a problem'. This was most important to me as I was buying from interstate and needed constant open communication channels. Her follow up of Body Corp matters (new to me), her liaising with the vendors from my perspective, her patience and professionalism was outstanding. Thank you Anita.

We listed our investment apartment with Anita and couldn't be happier with the result. She really knows the unit and apartment market in Airlie Beach/Whitsundays and used her experience to get us a great price. She made the process so easy for us, working directly with the resort management for viewings both live and virtual. If you want to sell an apartment in Airlie Beach, don't go past Anita!

This is my first time sell my property which anita help me a lot in many ways. Also it’s only take her nearly two weeks to find the buyer and get the contract done . It’s been a little problem during the settlement but she very patient to help me to solve it quickly. In the end very appreciate her work.
