Terrific Agent
I have lived in a number of rental properties. I can safely say that Nadine Pia at RT Edgar is by far the best rental agent I have worked with. Any small problem I have had with the property has been addressed immediately. All with a kind, open and courteous attitude - I was never made to feel like a bother. What’s more, the agents regularly review smoke alarms and perform carbon monoxide testing. I had barely lived in my current home for a week and new ducted heating was installed due to their diligence. If I could give them six stars I would.

Excellent Property Management
Colleen Allan and RT Edgar have done an excellent job in managing our investment properties. Everything is handled and we are always comfortable that any issues are being handled. Colleen herself is always accessible and responsive. I would recommend Colleen and RT Edgar for any property management.

Exceeding Expectations!

Excellent service
When we chose them as managers 7 years ago they weren't the cheapest option but their local knowledge and service was substantially better than the others. It's definitely been worth it. Their communication is excellent and they take the hassle out of most things.
