We've had dealings with Holly on and off over the last year or so, as we have been causally/opportunistically looking in the area. We have been through a number of her open houses, and participated in a couple of her auctions. From our experience, she has always been very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the local market. She's been great at communicating, even when there were not a lot of places around she would still touch base, to see where we were at, and she is not at all pushy. With regard to the block we purchased, she was very good at keeping us across what was going on, when it was off market, as well as after a contract fell through, and then it going to auction. Leading up to the auction, she provided all the necessary information and followed up on all of our queries. Im very happy we bought through Holly, and i would be very happy to deal with her again, as well as recommend her as an agent to anyone buying or selling.
