The home was found on the internet, its features were clearly defined verbally and in images. As we were interstate buyers, when Narelle was contacted, a FaceTime walkthrough was undertaken within 24hrs. The house and its features were shown and verbalised very clearly by Narelle during the Face Time inspection. Narelle guided us through the process, as it varies between states. When the house was viewed after cooling off, the only surprise was the house was better than expected. Narelle is a thorough, honest and easy to deal with sales person. Highly recommended.
