We agreed on a competitive yet realistic price for our investment property and we got it. Paul and Kayla suggested minor renovations issues be addressed, organised trades, ultimately making way for a non-contested pest and build. Paul recommended a marketing strategy which was far cheaper than we were expecting. He crafted a compelling listing description and guided the photographer to highlight the properties unique features.
