From the very beginning, Mike was incredibly generous with his time. Even after securing the listing, he remained just as accessible and responsive. What I appreciated most was how genuine and transparent he was. As first-time sellers, we really valued how he took the time to explain the process, set realistic expectations, and guide us every step of the way. He didn’t overpromise or try to “sell us a dream”—he gave us an honest and practical understanding of what to expect.
