I had been looking at potential properties for a while and was often not impressed with agents really trying to "hard sell" and ultimately hounding me to purchase their property. Damien was just quiet, polite and gave me ample time to have a few looks through the property and to come to my own decision. He was more than happy to respond to questions and to help with information, and had very good local knowledge as well.
