With many units for sale in Woody Point Damian was able to have ours sold in under three months. Being an older unit this was always going to be difficult but Damian got the job done. well I can honestly say this was an easy transaction my sister who negotiated on my behalf was very please with Damien. His advertising was the most professional and informative from all the other ones I considered. Real estate agents need to realise that prospective buyer want to see the property not just there faces talking about the property and photos of the location. If the property is crap you still have to show this so people can make an informed decision in pursuing a buy. Well Done Damien he got this sale for the seller

Damien proved to be honest with us in all communications and with his persistence in presenting our home he was able to successfully present an offer which we accepted and contract was signed. Having a unique property in the market place was difficult in attracting the right buyer but Damien continued to present the property with regular open homes over an extended period. At one point we considered changing agents but decided to stay with Damien as we believed that others would not do more than Damien was doing. We would recommend Damien to others.

Damien recently completed sale of our house in the Redcliffe Peninsula area - achieving a sale price higher than the listed price. From the outset, Damien gave helpful and considered suggestions on basic home enhancements we could make that would display the property at its best and help achieve the best price. As we were overseas at the time of the sale, he helped smooth the way, overcoming the tyranny of distance by lining up quotes, and sending through photos of the property. The professional marketing package that Professionals used to list, promote, map and photograph the property, displayed the property at it’s very best. We were extremely happy with the resulting high quality photos, and believe this contributed to the higher than average views of our property online, and a corresponding large number of prospective buyers attending the first open house. We were delighted to receive four offers from the first open house, with two offers higher than the asking price. From there, Damien was able to quickly move the house into contract and we settled 3 weeks later.
