Graeme Quinn sold one of my investment properties recently and was honestly one of the best agents I have ever worked with. He was fair and honest and went above and beyond in so many ways. When going through the process of getting my property ready to be sold he assisted me with the little things that made such a big difference. For example , as a busy health professional with a young family , I could not always attend my property to do maintenance or preparation tasks and on so many occasions Graeme would ring me to say he had it all sorted before I even had to worry. It would have been a nightmare and near impossible task for me to spend time travelling back and forwards to achieve what he did. Many agents who I met with were aggressive with their advertising requirements and were not listening to my needs. Graeme listened and understood what was important to me and I was very impressed with everything he did from start to finish. He sold my property quickly and for a price I was very happy with. I would certainly use Graeme again and would happily recommend him.
