No nonsense agent
Graeme has now sold four houses for us and members of our extended family. He's proved to be a capable and savvy agent who 'walked the walk' and didn't just 'talk the talk' (which unfortunately seems more common). He kept us well informed, responded quickly and always had a plan B. All our properties sold in lees than the average time for our district, and at satisfactory prices.

Great agent
Ken Churchill (Ray White, Wynnum) was the 2nd agent with whom I'd listed my house. The 1st agent got zero offers in 3 months. I signed a contract on the 8th day that Ken had my house. Too easy!! Regards Sally Stevens

We also recently purchased a new car and got handed keys, balloons, champagne, wine and crystal glasses. We purchased a home (greater debt) and received keys in a blank white envelope. No balloons at least? As long as the sale went through and the company made commission that seems all that matters. Agent was lovely we had a good experience, if you would like the feedback a client follow through or a thankyou congratulations card would have been appreciated.

Very Professional !
It is always difficult dealing with the death of a parent and the finalization of property etc.. Once Graeme / Ray Whites had been engaged for the sale of My Dads Home i could not have wished for a more professional Understanding diligent sales person.
