Every thing went very smoothly with the purchase of a townhouse and sale of our existing house, partly to finance the townhouse. Then unfortunately, the solicitor let us down by not communicating our instructions to his conveyancing clerk and things went off the rails which has had the effect of costing us about $1000 with lost rent and additional interest costs. Both Ken and myself gave the same instructions, so in no way is Ray White or Ken responsible-other than that everything was highly professional.

We met Graeme at an open home and felt comfortable with him straight away so decided to contact him to discuss the sale of our townhouse. He came around to our house a couple of times before we decided to put it on the market and never once pressured us to sell. He provided us with lots of information to help us make our decision. After we put it on the market Graeme stepped us through the process and was available to answer any questions that we had. Nothing was ever too much. We felt like we had known him for years. He has extensive knowledge of Wynnum/manly area and his sales and negotiation skills are excellent. We were extremely happy with our end result. Will definitely be going through Graeme for any future sales or purchases. Wish there were more real estate agents like him.

This was a difficult sale for Graeme as there were multiple parties involved in the process.Specifically the 2 selling parties were not aligned. The sale of #13 was relatively easy and perhaps could have sold for more but expeditious sale was good. Sale of #15 was much more difficult but was priced well, it should have perhaps sold for a higher price, however there were multiple factors associated with this. Graeme worked well to conclude and close the deal. Several issues did not work in his favour. Thanks for your efforts - is some areas you went well above and beyond what was expected.
