I decided to downsize from a large 4brn 3bth home that i was living in on my own. I found a unit which i loved and was perfect for me. The problem was i needed to sell my home to purchase the unit. Lisa worked hard to secure a sale on my house which unfortunatley fell through at the last minute. Lisa had another back up buyer from the open home that she contacted and secured another contract 2 days later. I didn't think things where going to happen, I thought i was going to miss out on the unit that i wanted. But she did it and made it happen. Wont say it was not stressful at times but Lisa never gave up. Lisa was very professional, friendly and would answer calls out of hours. It was a pleasure having Lisa sell my home and i would highly recommend her

prompt response on all issues raised..kate has a great in depth knowledge of yeppoon and its surrounds. her initial value estimate was spot on and the unit sold after its first open house with 5 offers and sold for 10% higher than her estimate..kate knows well her expertise and was truly well supported by the ray white network
