A great outcome
David's experience and expertise brought a very positive outcome to our selling experience. David and everyone in the Ray White team made us feel valued and involved in the sales process. Our comments and input were always encouraged and respected. Communication was always open and respectful throughout the process. What is commonly a stressful time was made easy. David's professionalism and willingness to take time and explain the sales process and options stood him apart from other real estate agents we approached and lead us to recommend Ray White Young for all real estate needs. Thank you David and team.

Professional & Friendly
As always, Bailey has surpassed expectations. We have been blessed using Baileys services on two other occasions, and with our present sale, he has been so professional, accommodating, and friendly. We have used Ray White in purchase, sales and rental, and they have always performed without exception. We definitely recommend you contact Bailey to assist in property sales.

Amazing Result
David’s knowledge of the Young real estate market and conditions was crucial to the sale of our property. A buyer was secured in the first week at a premium price. David’s professionalism and communication was second to none. We wouldn’t have achieved the same result had it not been for David and the team at Ray White Young!

A sale outcome that exceeded expectations
My husband and I have been living in this small regional community for some 15 years. With David Coombes, in that time we have purchased two properties and sold one. Not a lot of real estate sales engagement - agreed, but we have got to know David personally because he is an active participant in this community. Without exception, David is polite, informative, diligent, prompt, trustworthy and a great communicator. In life, you get what you give, so it was important to me that anyone vying to purchase our property, be treated kindly and with respect. (* Please note: This is validated by the buyer at least in his rating of David, on this same website). I believe David diplomatically juggled all the personalities involved and handled with great care, the intricacies of our successful property sale.
