The professionalism in which the way Bailey organised inspections and followed up on enquiries, along with keeping me informed on the progress prior, during and after the auction then finally closing the sale. The purchase of the house was perfectly administered
Bailey Coombes was the agent who was selling the house we were very interested in. His open greeting was very genuine, humble and friendly. He informed us on the house details as we were shown around the property in a very professional manner. Bailey answered all our questions perfectly and was more than happy to discuss any matters should we wish to call him after the viewing. We put an offer in, which was accepted and Bailey kindly asked if we wanted any items leaving/taking away before settlement, which he sorted out with no issues. The sale went through on time and was very smooth. We are very pleased to have met Bailey who treated us extremely well as he mentored us through the buying process. He was in communication regularly on updates right up to settlement. We soon moved in and were very satisfied with the outcome. If you buy from Bailey, you will receive the best of services.

Great Experience
Buying a house is stressful and buying when I was overseas was even more so. Ray White Young and my agent Bailey Coombes were really outstanding. I had been looking for 8 months in regional NSW for a house, spoke to many agents who never returned emails or were completely unhelpful. Bailey is not your regular agent! He was in frequent contact with me over the 8 months and has a caring manner. I was so happy that he ended up being the agent I purchased through. He accommodated me with virtual inspections and was really prompt with everything related to the auction and settlement. You really won’t find a better agent in NSW.

Outstanding agent. Fantastic service that exceeded expectations.
