My first contact with Beth was when I saw a property on realestate.com that I wanted to inspect, with a view to purchase. I had no longer requested an inspection online, that Beth called me. Beth made arrangements to meet me at the property when it suited me (and the owner). Beth showed me around the property and answered all my questions. I was visiting my family on Sunshine Coast, and was travelling back to Sydney that afternoon. Beth and I kept in touch on the phone late into the afternoon, when I was back in Sydney. Beth is very knowledgeable with the area, and with what potential buyers want to know. Her professionalism and "non pushy" attitude made me feel very comfortable.
