We met Beth shortly after moving from Tasmania in 2012 and she has remained a good friend, so it was only fitting that we chose her to help us embark on our next adventure. We initially contacted Beth on a Sunday about a property, not expecting to hear back until the next business day- however within ten minutes of contacting Beth, we had a call back. Beth spoke with us about our expectations and what we were looking for to ensure that the house we were looking at would short our family’s needs long term. She organised an inspection at our leisure and met us on time and in lovey spirits. Beth had sound knowledge of both the property and the local area and was able to answer all questions that we had. Beth made the whole process very easy, from placing an offer to signing contracts, to having our final inspection.
