Very Successful Campaign!
We would recommend Gavin Keith to anyone who is wanting a stress free sale. Gavin came highly recommended to us and exceeded all our expectations. Gavin is well established in the area and is armed with years of experience. He listened to us and put together a campaign that worked in with us and also our lovely tenant. The property sold (for more than we asked) after one open house, with two of the potential buyers coming from his own contact database of buyers. We are extremely happy with the result and cannot thank him enough.

We were extremely happy with Gillian's results in selling our home. At the time of negotiation, we were always kept informed of what was going on re offers etc. Gillian organised interested parties to come to our open home where we received the right offer to sell our home. We were glad it sold so quick, as it made it easier for us. We believe the quick sale was due to Gillian guiding us to the right price and her knowledge and ability to negotiate with several interested parties. The result speak for themselves. Right person for the job
Gavin was enthusiastic from the day we met till the sold sign went up. Fantastic communication, always keeping us up to date with what was happening. Very thoughtful with his suggestions and advice as this was not an easy property to sell. Highly recommend Gavin to anyone needing an agent in our area.
