Great experience where nothing a problem
Lenny recommended painting, new carpets and some updating of tap ware throughout which made a huge difference to the property. Lenny and his office staff carried out all repairs which cost $10k but enabled an increased sale price $50k above the original property’s value. Very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend RBR
