Gavin was fantastic. We found him to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, easy to get along with, patient with our requests and never pushy. I initially scratched the property off our list due to thinking that we would have issues getting one of our cars (a very low car) down the driveway. Gavin suggested that we bring the car over at a later date to test it out. The car got down the driveway with no problems at all and we ended up buying the house :)

Col was always pleasant and we like him, he followed us up after one sale fell through which was great. However we were misinformed about the length of the lease. We were told they were to be out in January, but when we went to sign our contract with the conveyances we found out it was actually April. Worked out OK in the end and would buy from him again.
