I had such a wonderful renting experience with Helena! As someone who just moved to Australia on my own, I was quite anxious at first, but I feel incredibly lucky to have met her. She helped me secure a home that I truly love, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. For example, she even arranged for a new carpet to be installed so that I could have a better living environment. What I appreciate most is how genuinely caring she is towards her tenants. Since I’m not always great at checking emails, she would kindly remind me of important updates and make sure I didn’t miss anything. Helena is not just professional, but also thoughtful and reliable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stress-free and supportive renting experience!
