Seamlessleasing experience - Thanks Kelly!
House hunting was challenging due to inspection times often clashing with work commitments, but Kelly was very accommodating and arranged an alternative time for us. She was incredibly helpful throughout the application process answering all my questions. Once our application was approved, Kelly ensured the lease signing, bond transfer, rent setup and key collection were all handled smoothly. Even after we moved in, she helped connect me with the rentals team for few queries. Thank you, Kelly, for your responsiveness and support. Super responsive and professional rental agent with great service
The team from Re-define provided fantastic support during my whole rental application process. They always replied to my messages quickly no matter it was daytime or evening, patiently explained every detail about the apartment, lease terms and building rules. They clearly introduced all facilities and surrounding transport information, showing solid local market knowledge. When I had questions about moving-in arrangements, they coordinated with building management efficiently to solve all issues for me. Their friendly attitude and reliable professionalism made finding a rental property much less stressful, I would highly recommend them to other students and new arrivals in Melbourne.
