I had a really great experience with her! She is incredibly friendly, patient and professional. Communication was always easy, and she always understood what I was trying to say and replied to my messages very quickly. There were quite a few things I wasn't familiar with, so I often had lots of questions. What I really appreciated was that no matter how many questions I asked, she always took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood. Whenever I had any problems or difficulties, she was always happy to help me find a solution. She genuinely cares about her clients and always does her best to make the whole process easier and less stressful. I'm really grateful for all her help and support throughout the whole process.
