I was rushed to move in earlier to a problematic unit
My manager is quite responsive, however the unit condition is rather unsatisfactory. They urged me to move in earlier than my desired date, so I expected that the unit was in a good condition. Oh how wrong I was.. water leaking from toilet and bathroom sink, unusable microwave and stove were discovered one by one. At the time of writing this review, it has been more that a month since I moved into this apartment and the stove is still not being replaced, thus unusable, despite it being my first concern even before moving in. The gas is included in the rent, but I can’t fully use it because the stove is broken. I appreciate the efforts in fixing all of the other issues, yet had a thorough check been done before I moved in, then all of this stress and inconvenience could have been avoided.
