I would have to say that if you list with Liza you can rest assured that you have listed with an agent that does exactly that. Not only does Liza have unsurpassed knowledge of the local area, she took the time to explain our options in detail, set out her expectations of the achievable price and gave an indication of her expected timelines for sale. Once listed Liza then went ahead and fought to achieve the very top of her guide in a very short time. I have sold houses across several states and have never come across an agent prepared to go the extra mile in helping out...the little time consuming and frustrating tasks were all taken care of by Liza with no fuss and she kept me updated along the way. Tasks such as; getting keys off tenants, , organising repairs prior to photo's being taken to ensure the property is looking its best and completing a final inspection were all taken care of by Liza without any fuss. Liza was a strong communicator and had a real spark that cannot be taught. I would not list with any one else after going through a sale with Liza and would suggest neither should you.
