Jan did everything she could to maximise my return as a seller (as it is the seller paying the commission). Too many agents are interested in quick sale but minor change in commission can mean large difference in sale for seller which can be crucial to their future. Jan does however try to match the right buyer with the property and in that respect is working for both sellers and buyers alike.
