No outgoing inspection was completed after owners moved out, I’m now left to pay a $600 bond clean as the house was left filthy. This is after I agreed to a 60 day settlement for sellers convenience. After phoning and emailing the office on friday 16, I’m still waiting for the photos of the ingoing report (Tenants have now moved in). I believe I should not have to chase these things up, I’m left with little confidence in your teams ability to manage my investment to an acceptable standard.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jill the buyer’s agent. We initially looked at a different property (than the one we ended up purchasing), after our initially meeting with Jill my partner and I both walked away and commented on how relaxing our experience was with her. One of the first agents we had come across where we weren't rushed, she was very approachable, our questions were answered and she had a LOT of local knowledge of the area. We put an offer in and after negotiations it was accepted that same day- we were very impressed with the efficient process.
